In-Stock Products: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, international delivery usually takes around 7–14 business days, depending on your destination and local delivery conditions.

Pre-Order Products: Pre-order items require additional production time. Please allow approximately 30–90 days for production before your order is ready to ship. The estimated pre-order timeframe will be indicated on the product page.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

1. Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?

Yes. For non-quality-related issues, such as the item not fitting, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

2. What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

If your item arrives with a quality issue, manufacturing defect, or damage caused during delivery, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review the problem and, if the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
