Pre-Order Policy

Pre-order items are new designs that are currently in production. By placing a pre-order, you reserve your item in advance, and we will ship it as soon as production is completed. Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are placed.

Estimated Shipping Time

Each pre-order product page will show an estimated production and shipping timeframe, such as 30–60 days or 60–90 days, depending on the item.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may occasionally change due to production or shipping circumstances. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you by email.

Payment & Order Rules

Pre-orders require full payment at checkout to secure your item.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, you may contact us at hidkrouclub@gmail.com to request separate shipments. Otherwise, items may be shipped together once all products in the order are ready.

Please make sure to check the estimated shipping time shown on the product page before placing a pre-order.

Cancellation& Refunds

Pre-orders may be canceled and fully refunded before the order has been shipped.

Once a pre-order has been shipped, our standard Return & Refund Policy will apply.

Tracking Updates

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
